We have exciting news at Zimbrick Honda!
Our Zimbrick Honda dealership has already broken ground on a major construction project with the help of K.F. Sullivan. We’re expanding, we’re remodeling, and we’re doing it just for you!
June 11 began our first phase of the construction with K.F. Sullivan, and it is estimated to be finished October 26. This phase marks the breaking of all-new ground – a whopping 13,900 square feet to be exact! The new space will be dedicated to our service and parts operations, increasing our service capacity so we can help more customers with their vehicles and at times that are convenient to them.
October 8 will mark the start of our second, third and fifth phases of construction, which will be in our existing service area, our service drive and our reception areas. Phase 5 is going to be finished November 2, phase 2 is going to be finished January 18, phase 3 is scheduled to be finished February 15.
Our new service drive will have four overhead doors to pull into, and four aisles for you to park your vehicle while talking with your service consultant. This will be a major upgrade, and one that we are very excited for.
From October 29 to December 21, we will be working on the fourth phase of our construction. Phase 4 will focus on the customer waiting area. Yes, we are expanding our customer waiting area! In fact, we are going to have three customer waiting areas and expanded restrooms.
Through it all, K.F. Sullivan is using green products whenever possible in addition to recycling the old building materials. This falls in line with Zimbrick Honda’s commitment to the environment and the Blue Skies For Our Children dealer recycling program.
We are sorry for the temporary growing pains as we expand our Zimbrick Honda store, and thank you to all of our customers for making the expansion possible and necessary!
